I rarely leave bad reviews, especially since I work in the hospitality industry, but my experience at the Seagate was nothing short of disappointing. They advertise themselves as a luxury resort, but honestly, even the Holiday Inn would have been better.

The Seagate Golf Club offers a golfing experience like no other. From the moment you step onto the course, you’re greeted with pristine conditions like something out of a magazine this course’s grounds crew must work 24/7 to keep this place in such great shape. The friendly staff, including manager CJ, works hard to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests appreciate the warm greetings at the door and the exceptional service from various team members, making every interaction feel significant. The hotel's concierge is also a standout, offering helpful recommendations. While the hotel is currently under construction, the team does a good job at making sure all guests are comfortable during renovations. Guests can enjoy the pool and hot tub, and there's a free shuttle service to nearby restaurants and attractions. Although the Atlantic Grille's food and service were subpar, the hotel's own restaurant, Lionfish, remains a treat. With its commitment to service and a warm atmosphere, ETC. Café & Gifts is still the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled vacation.
