“Don’t order a bagel w cream cheese to go - They put a drop of cream cheese literally on one side and didn’t even cover it AT ALL Totally unedible if you don’t want plain bread/ stick to the açaí bowl and smoothies - bagel was beyond a total failure“

“This place blows my mind every time I go in - they have such good food and service. The vibes are there, and the aesthetic is great. Not your traditional "on the ave" restaurant. Priced reasonably considering it's all made fresh for every order. I love the chill radio they play when you're dining in! So good. Every time I go, I try the new vegan soup of the day. I haven't found one I don't like!“

“Ate here 3 nights in a row. Each night Charlotte helped me and was amazing. Great food, better service. Will return next time in south Florida. If you go for no other reason, go to say hi to Charlotte. Great smiles and good service are hard to come by but you’ll get it in abundance here.“

“Fresh Kitchen got the food right! It’s fresh, flavorful and tastes homemade- this is rare for mass-prepped food. And the people are nice. However, I go to Bolay once per week and FK once per quarter. The portions are just so skimpy, I just don’t ever feel I got $20+ worth of food. Today, the server literally shook off the tongs until there was a pinch of spinach left to put in my container as a base and same sentiment for the kale, sprinkled the chickpeas dispensing less than half the scooper and put the rest back. Then, shook a few pieces of sweet potato off the top of the scooper…and put the rest back. It was like she was afraid to pour a scoop. I don’t eat poultry or red meat so I have to eat more food to get enough calories per meal. Fk meals are a snack before dinner. I would totally eat there at least once per week if I wouldn’t leave hungry. Another win for them…they shine like a diamond in the snack department. Also rare in the industry is a decent lower sugar vegan snack! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously amazing! I buy 3 packs at a time every time. Sometimes I just go there for them alone!“

“This is one of our favorite places that is consistently serving deliciously fresh food with super friendly service. The menu changes frequently so you have to go a few times if you have a favorite dish on the menu before they change it. The ambiance is amazing. We have frequented True Food Kitchen in other states but we just enjoy now coming to True Food in Boca.“

“I was very surprised at how exceptionally delicious the food was. Add to that the place is spotlessly clean and everyone working there weee attentive and kind. We are looking forward to our next visit. Lots of vegan choices but make sure (if you’re vegan) to let them know. One ingredient in what I ordered wasn’t vegan and they caught that and without hesitation remade it customized.“

The selection for the types of bowls is great and all 3 of the different options we tried (poke tuna, herb shrimp and bbq chicken) were absolutely delicious! The service was impeccable and I loved that they gave recommendations on popular items since it was our first time. I would give 10 stars if I could. We will absolutely be back!!“

I also love that theres different sizing options so that I can get something different for me versus my husband. The portions are great for the price. “I loved your food, but I saw that the shelf life of the lunchboxes increased to 10 days, and as far as I know, no meat is supposed to last that long in the fridge! The quality has really dropped a lot. Before, I would buy it for lunch, dinner... now I only eat it if I really don't have time to cook! At first, I remember that the shelf life of the lunchboxes was 5 days and now it's 10... it takes a lot of chemicals for meat to last that long!
The flavor is really good, but unfortunately there is nothing healthy about meat that can last 10 days in the fridge.“

Not only were they super efficient in whipping up delicious smoothies as always specified and their care for each customer truly stands out. They took the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even remembered my preferences from a previous visit. It's clear they genuinely enjoy what they do.
And their wonderful attitudes were infectious! Even during a busy rush, they remained positive, energetic, and completely unruffled. I paid $13 for a delicious huge salad. I can’t even get a pre made salad at the grocery store for less than $12 and they’re terrible. Highly recommend!!“

The staff is truly amazing—welcoming and attentive. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s located on the edge of the market, but if you visit during non-peak hours, it’s much easier to find a spot. Plus, the 20-minute parking space for pickups and deliveries is a great convenience. Highly recommended!“
