If I could provide a negative score I would.
Front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly. Check in at 4pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:30. The shower and toilet had yellow water and the sink had no water pressure.
The floor was filthy. I had to wash my feet after showering. There was a whole peanut under our bed.
Beautiful hotel room but the rooms are not sound proof and there is a club on the roof playing the same thump thump beat all night. You can’t sleep with the club music and vibration keeping you up! Don’t stay here unless you want to stay up partying.
If I have to go back to the ray hotel I won’t think twice. Highly recommended
