“Went there this morning and let me tell ya. I have been in retail for 20 years and I was super impressed. Amber has got it going on!! She was very attentive and was a great leader of what seemed to be new staff. The host Christian was on top of it. Very positive and a go getter. Cleaned very well. Went outside to check the lot for trash!! I have been to the Waffle House plenty!! This has been by far the best service I have gotten!!! Kudos Amber and the crew!!!“

We are traveling and needed a delicious, but Kate breakfast and chose C’s. We are so glad we did.

Although I would describe this is quaint, eclectic and cozy, everyone was super cheerful and helpful.

We were quickly seated, ordered and our food came quickly.

Wow, everything was absolutely delicious! I had never heard of a “mess” as a meal selection and that’s exactly what I chose. Yummy!
Even the waffle was extraordinary.

We’d come back again and again if we lived closer, but glad we were able to enjoy a delicious meal while on the road.“

“Excellent food. Went there this afternoon for lunch and enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this place. The service was excellent and being picky with my diet she even offered to show us what they were serving and the nutrient labels so we could make decisions based on our diets. Great customer service and great food. Will definitely be back.“

I kindly asked the waitress if she could make my banana split waffle into a :-) , and she came back with this very cute plate for my birthday. I am very happy to have known this place for many years. “Kristin was a great server! She got our drinks out to us right away. We don’t have an IHOP right close to where we live so we didn’t know what we wanted to order. She gave us time to look at the menu but also offered to help us if we knew what type of food we were interested in eating. She was a great help. If you go to IHOP in Sanford ask for Kristin!“

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“
