“I don’t understand why this location has such a low rating. When I ordered today, the cook stepped up when he realized I needed to order and staff were tied up with other duties. I lost my coupon en route so the cook had to get the manager to help. Neither of them made an issue out of the problem and the manager was able to look up my coupon code. The whole ordeal (including receiving my food) took less than 10 minutes. After I got home the meal was well packaged and everything was very hot (coleslaw was cold naturally) and delicious. Nothing I have described deserves less than a 5 star rating when we’re being honest with ourselves…“

“Food was very tasty and really good quality. The portion sizes vs price was spot on. I have to mention that my son has a wheat allergy. It is very hard for us to eat out as a family due to that. But the team we had provided excellent customer service in double checking and making sure that the food we ordered for him was completely wheat free. They were kind, knowledgeable, and all food was made fresh to order. Definitely recommend coming here! I know it’ll be a staple for us in the future.“

“We visited this CFA with 6 college-age guys. We had to park at the Walmart and walk across because the parking lot was full. The drive-through lanes were wrapped around the building.
The workers inside were all friendly and worked quickly. There wasn't any sense of stress or hurry, though there were many customers to serve. We got our drinks and food quickly. One of the workers came through the dining room to check up on the customers. They were working to keep the dining room clean and orderly.
Overall, it was a great experience. The quantity of people made no difference to the quality of service.“

“Ok, so I admit I’ve never had a “bad” or even mediocre experience at Chick-fil-A (DeLand)-so my expectations are kinda on par with this ideal, BUT….. I just had an outstanding experience rolling through the dinner rush in drive thru. The attendant, Adeline, who verified our app order was so cute and bubbly. Me and the husband felt like she was genuinely happy to see US- like personally🥰
