“(3140 Howland Blvd) Today around 11:20am, Ashley in drive thru thought she was tough and wanted to give attitude cause they didnt have my order together that I ordered 20 minutes prior. I had to leave and come right back seconds later and suddenly it was there. I asked why they said it wasn't there when I ordered it earlier. she said it just came in. i asked how when I got the order and card statement showing it and I can show her. she said, "i really don't care about it. pull up..." I dont who her parents are or if you guys allow that but that's not gonna fly with me. and playing with strangers can get you snatched over the counter all because you hate your job. broad acted like she did me a favor. I called the customer service and left an email. she needs to get in checked before someone checks her.“

“I am giving this Dunkin a 10/10 this is out of my way and I come here every morning instead of the Dunkin on Howland by Walmart. This Dunkin gets my order right EVERY TIME! 9/10 times has there supply order stock and just is friendly. The closer Dunkin BY MY HOUSE, on the way to work, NEVER has ANYTHING 😒 ALWAYS gets my order wrong 😑 I order the same thing yet my order is somehow isn’t the same priced every time, it’s always a guessing game. I know probably 2 or 3 people who work there that are nice and that’s the only nice thing I have to say about that Dunkin.

“Today is 7/26/22 I wanted some good donuts so I stopped in this morning and got some donuts and apple fritters and glazed twist when I saw that show case and my eyes almost came outta the socket when I saw all the different variety of donuts.they had my favorite coconut and toasted coconut let me say your donuts are absolutely delish I will be back keep making those coconut donuts“

“During the COVID scare, my then wife asked me to go to DD for breakfast sandwiches. I decided to support local instead, which I told the person who brought out my curbside pickup order and found a free donut in each bag to show appreciation. Also love the club sandwich!“

Update: this location is a much better customer friendly store. They all were very friendly and helpful this manager was a very friendly person unlike the new one at the Dunkin on Garfield. I'll go to this store any day and twice on Sundays before I go to the Garfield location.“

“The place gets super busy, but for a reason. The staff is friendly and my coffee always turns out tasting amazing. Even if they are busy they still manage to attend their clients with their needs. I got home and called the manager and politely (key word) explained that I had received my food in this condition and treated rudely at the window. She not only apologized but offered to make it right by delivering - yes, I said delivering - not just a replacement of the two, but a half dozen fresh donuts 🍩 and when they arrived asked me about my interaction with the person at the drive thru and assured me they would be addressing that situation! My mama always told me you get further with honey than vinegar! I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with how this situation was handled.
