“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I wanted a protein smoothie that was low in calories and lactose-friendly. Many whey protein powders contain lactose, but Brayen suggested a thoughtful solution: substituting the whey with their pea protein, which was perfect for my dietary needs. I ended up choosing the Big Bang smoothie, which typically includes strawberries, banana, and vanilla whey protein. Thanks to Brayen’s helpful suggestion, I swapped out the whey protein for pea protein, making it both lactose-free and a great option at only 290 calories. It was exactly what I needed to satisfy my sweet craving while staying within my calorie limit for the day.

Brayen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain different smoothie options and ensuring I found something that worked with my diet. I appreciated how she made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush me through the process.
