“Wow we stumbled on this by chance and everything has such robust flavors. Spice level is great, we ordered everything spicy, the sweet potato cream puffs were so flakey and a great starter. We got the Tom yum soup was so bright and zesty you can taste all the fresh flavors, the keffir lime and lemongrass very prominent. The green papaya salad was so big and refreshing with a kick. The yellow curry broth was such a perfect consistency and full bodied flavor of coconut milk and curry blend, fluffy rice nice and fresh. The drunken noodles were so good and a big portion. We got everything with chicken or shrimp. And I love that they can make their Thai tea with coconut milk since I don't do dairy. So thick and not overly sweetened full tea flavor. Some Thai places food tastes watered down and not this one! We are glad we came in today and will definitely be back.“

“The Nine is an amazing restaurant that warmly welcomes you, and delivers delicious food with outstanding hospitality.
Chef Nuchy’s passion and talent shines through the taste and quality of her dishes. And her staff is attentive, and happy to serve
The food is made from scratch, so you really can’t go wrong with anything here. My favorite is the Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, and the STEAMED PORK DUMPLINGS!!
The desserts are outstanding. The CRISPY BANANA was so delicious.. not too sweet and served with house made whipped cream. Sticky rice was also delicious.
10 stars!!“

“Vibe: casual
Kids: No kids menu, but my 3 year old approved of the Sesame chicken. I also think the honey chicken or chicken on a stick would be a good alternative if you have a picky kid.
Chinese Food: Family style. Dishes are meant to be shared. Entrees just come with white rice but if you're rollin' solo, they will sub for fried rice for an upcharge. Sesame chicken was cooked perfect, but not as flavorful as I would have liked. Crab rangoon was very good. Fried rice was on the drier side and comes with peas and carrots (my husband is a strict NY style lover), but no complaints overall.
Thai: Husband had the Tom Yum soup and declared it wasn't as spicy or flavorful as Debary Thai's, but was good nonetheless. He also ordered the Thai Spicy Shrimp. Again, food was cooked perfect, but not packed with flavor and did not find it spicy at all.
Service: excellent
The food was cooked really well, but was lacking in flavor. I would normally chalk this up to maybe an off night, but this is the 4th/5th restaurant where we've experienced this in the area. Feels like locals are driving the spice out of these restaurants. We will definitely be back though as the service was good, the food was still really well prepared, the pricing was decent, and their menu is really diverse.“

“My husband and I enjoyed our visit here very much! The food was delicious, the restaurant was immaculately clean, and the staff were quick and attentive. We will definitely be returning here in the future! One of the best spots for sushi that we have found in the Deland area. The steamed dumplings were excellent!“
