“We’ve been here several times during the evening hours. But our first time experience at lunch was a bit disappointing. My food came out but my wife’s calzone came much later. Our waiter was hardly checking on us for refills and never apologized or even tell us the food would come out late. (Plus no bread or their special oil.) I know it was lunch, but my highlight was the bread. I don’t know if we will come for lunch for a while, but we will give it a chance for evenings. I even wrote a note on the receipt and left my phone#. But as yet have I received a call.“

“Solid Second Visit – Great Service, Good Food, Price a Bit High

This was our second time visiting, and while our first experience was great with no complaints, we returned on July 30, 2025, and had another mostly positive visit.

We were seated and served by a waitress named “T,” who was very polite and attentive. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, she took our order quickly and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service all around.

We started with the spinach artichoke dip served with flatbread, which was delicious and didn’t last long at our table. For our entrées, I ordered the grilled chicken Alfredo with broccoli—very flavorful and well-prepared. My wife had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and said it was good, but she didn’t really care for the chicken. Our daughter went with the shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it.

The total bill came to around $100 for the three of us, which I feel is a little steep for what we got. Don’t get me wrong—the food and service were good—but the pricing is a bit off-putting and may give us pause next time.

All in all, a solid experience with great service and good food, just wish the value matched the price a little more closely.“

The owners of Destin Jet’s are nothing short of amazing! We had a delivery order go sideways and the owners reached out immediately to fix the problem. We had Jet’s on our last night of vacation and it made the trip! Jets pizza is fantastic and we get it every year while on vacation. Found out the hard way they use Door Dash to deliver their orders. We placed a $100 order and it took 2 hours to arrive and it was ice cold when we got it. The worst part is I tipped while placing the order and it wasn’t warranted after waiting that long. I tried to call the store and got the “Jet Bot” over and over, without anyone answering the phone. Disappointed this time around. Jet’s, you guys are better than that!“

“The garlic dipping oil is amazing. We took some home and put it on sandwiches and in a crab omelet. We have been talking about it for days. The lasagna is remarkable and the ribeye steak I ordered was enough for three meals. Cooked perfectly medium rare. Friends had the lobster ravioli and shrimp with vodka sauce which was good. Calamari was outstanding, very tender. Our waitress was Lauren L., very professional and pleasant. We will definitely go back there again next year when we visit.“

“On our way to Tampa with a storm restoration crew for Hurricane Milton. We finally got in the area after traveling all day from North Mississippi. I got them settled with somewhere to stay but I needed somewhere fast that could take a large order for my entire crew. I needed it to be fast and good! They went above and beyond for us. Not only did they make 15 delicious pizzas quickly, they also gave us a foam cooler full of ice, plates, napkins, and loaded it all up for me. I couldn't thank them enough for all the support! “My DoorDash delivery driver missed our entire pizza order and only delivered my family a salad. Whether it was negligence on the drivers part, the fact that he misunderstood their request to wait or otherwise, Clemenza’s gave us a second pizza just for the inconvenience of having to pick up our own delivery. This issue was no fault of theirs however they immediately prioritized my family and our experience with their restaurant, food, and service. The food was delicious but their attentiveness to this experience was outstanding.“
