I really don't think this gym is as bad as everyone else here is saying. I've been a member ever since they first opened up so I got a very good deal. I pay around 30 per month which currently is more like a monthly donation I am giving since I haven't actually gone in a long time. Great location of this LA Fitness although I didn't like the parking at all. Small spaces and not that many since. They offer swimming classes for kids and my nephew goes there too. Great and clean pool. I loved how they had the door opened and the A/C off so kids don't get cold.
Nrgize is located inside the LA Fitness. It's very convenient. They have a lot of healthy options. They make fruit smoothies, mega smoothies, and beneficial blends. The smoothies are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. They have the calories listed next to each size which is great if you want to keep track of calorie intake.
