“I was driving back from Tampa to Orlando and of course there was a backup on I-4 . So I decided to take a break and grab something to eat and drink. This little spot was right off the exit so I thought I would give it a try. The staff was super friendly and helpful with it being my first time. I was pleasantly surprised to really enjoy the pizza. The crust was fantastic, sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. The quality of the cheese really showed. The biggest surprise was the sausage that I added to the pie. They were cooked to a crisp and had a bite to them with a little kick of spice. They were the shining star of that dish. I ate half in the store and headed back to Orlando. Well the other half was gone before I got back to Orlando, I could not resist. Hahaha. I would definitely go back if ai was near a location again.“

“Delicious as usual however, we ordered one stuffed pizza split with different toppings on either side of the pie. I instructed them to put one of the toppings particular to that side so we could identify which side was which. they told us they couldn't do that but they would make each side identifiable. They didn't. We had no way of knowing which side was which. If I tell you how I want my pizza, please make it that way. This doesn't mean we will not order again because it is great pizza.“

“My partner and I came to Olde Town Pizzeria & Pasta Co. to try their deep-dish style pizza for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. The pizza alone was worth the visit, perfectly prepared and full of flavor.

However, the real surprise of the night was the Strawberry Walnut Salad that Paula recommended. I normally am not a fan of fruit on my salad, but Paula encouraged us to try it, and I’m so glad we did. It was award-winning level good fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best salads I’ve ever had.

Paula was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and sweet, and her service was truly outstanding. She made our first visit memorable and her recommendation was spot on.

This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). If you've never had a deep dish or you're looking for an Italian spot that satisfies your cravings, then Olde Town is a must visit for deep dish pizzas or Italian food craving satisfaction! My husband and I always get the supreme deep dish, extra crispy with pineapple, and it's absolutely amazing—it's even better than the deep dish I used to get at Chicago Fire in California. The staff is amazing!!! They're extremely friendly and if you're a constant visitor, they always remember you and your pizza or Italian order by heart. I feel like every time my husband and I visit, they treat us as a part of their family. I've found my forever replacement and go-to for my deep dish cravings right here at Olde Town Pizzeria and Pasta Company. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!!“

We ordered a bottle and it was gone by the end of the night. One of my favorite things about Jets is they use their own drivers. Not just contract to other delivery services. Makes me feel better to pay the delivery fee and know my pizza will be delivered quickly. Always fast, delicious, and fresh!“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“I’ve been eating here for years and the food and service is always amazing. The manager has been at the same store for over 20 years and he always runs a tight ship with a great crew.. The salads are always fresh. The pizza is always good quality and it’s always quick and ready. They are conveniently located in a large shopping center with lots of parking and there’s always coupons and deals for pizza and sides. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.“
