Big shout out to Felicity and her staff. Walk on and the restaurant was spotless, which makes me feel safe since I am a celiac. Placed my order and Felicity wiped the counters down, washed her hands well, changed gloves, and proceeded with caution. I can't tell you how grateful I am for these extra precautions. Our sandwiches were perfect! Thank you, Jersey Mike's staff!!!
Went to order subs tonight and while in line, we were all told it would be at least 45 minutes until our orders could be filled. There were probably 6 people in front of us but at least 20 tickets on the counter. These clearly were the online orders and apparently they take president over the in house customers. However, I expect those customers showed up and had to wait along time for their orders as well.

I went to Jersey Mike’s on 04/18 and I ordered, online, 2 #8’s as well as a regular #7. None of the actual order was followed. Asked for no tomato on one, got tomato. One of the number 8s had no bacon. The number 7 had everything on it and it was not supposed to be that way. No one followed directions.
