The food is fabulous, we crave the brisket nachos are ? ?And the service is ALWAYS so do wonderful!Mark has waited on us at the bar our last few visits and he always makes us wanna come back! “I'm from south Louisiana and I have learned to not go to restaurants labeled cajun or creole in Florida *except* H'ours had the word "okra" listed in their gumbo so we decided to try. Oh my lord. I haven't had gumbo that good since my Dad died in 2016 (and no, my gumbo isn't as good as my Dad's ?). We had a fantastic server (Todd) and the food and drinks were great. I don't like cheese grits because the cheese usually slaps you in the face but the mahi w shrimp on a bed of gouda grits was too intriguing to pass up and wow. We had the chicken fried oysters (...!!! try them!) as an appetizer and dang... We did have dessert (two because by then the gods were just laughing) and I seriously now hope my employer makes me come to the Tampa Bay area soon so I can eat here again. I'm telling you, this is food so good it makes you wanna slap ya momma.... You will not be sorry.“
