“This place is such a gem! Came here for some rice and beans thinking that’s all I’d be able to enjoy as a vegan meal and was pleasantly surprised to find a tofu chorizo on their menu. One yellow rice and black beach tofu chorizo bowl and plantains later, I am the happiest clam. As a Colombian who thoroughly enjoys Latin food, this place Hit. The. Spot. Don’t walk, run here! My serve was also amazing and friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the menu’s vegan options and even mentioned a vegan week they do sometimes!“

“I love this place.. the food is flavorful and nothing like other places when it comes to portion. You get a great amount for an awesome price. Their delivery is super fast. But during busy times if u can just go there to get food it's better than delivery. When it's super busy u can spend an hour trying to call them and you keep getting a message that the number is busy. That aspect is why I didn't give 5stars.. but in reality the food is definitely beyond 5stars“

Well, they delivered a delicious meal at 2:30pm and it was truly a HOMEMADE dinner. It was EXCEPTIONAL! From the turkey, to the gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie with whipped cream--it was a homemade feast. “Went on a Sunday lots of football games on, it was really busy inside we sat outside, 4 of us,our server was attentive, considering how busy it was our food came pretty quickly, and it was good! I had steak bites with raspberry sauce and bleucheese crumbles, and a side of delicious tots, we had 2 good Reuben’s with a generous amount of fries and a chicken and cheese quesadilla with salsa and sour cream! “This is the best brewery in the area. John and Bren run a very good operation. The place is always VERY clean, has good music, a nice outdoor area along the trail, and Bren is always having events and fundraisers for good causes. The beer here is always cold, with a menu that rotates with new creations that come out regularly. There is always a good mix of beer styles that suit anyone’s tastes. They also offer other alcoholic beverages and non alcoholic alternatives. It has a true community atmosphere and people are always friendly.“

Everything was really good, even the fries, which are usually pretty mediocre in most places. The only real letdown was the bun. It’s that regular cheap plastic-style bun, and it just ruins an otherwise great sandwich. I’m not saying they need to bake fancy buns in-house, but there are plenty of better options out there that would make a big difference. Taking off one star for that.“

“CADE!!!! We were fortunate enough to discover SBB when we first moved to Dunedin about a year ago. The staff is so friendly and patient and informative. Plenty of games to play; pool, darts etc.,

When we saw a post that SBB was one of the few/first places to open the day after Hurricane Milton; we rolled in just a few minutes later. Cade was just getting started with a handful of us at the bar. Within 30 minutes... BOOM - place was packed and Cade handled the influx LIKE A BOSS!!!

So so so patient, fun, and entertaining.
TBH - craft beer folks can be snobs. And some customers did behave that way - which is sad.
But NOT CADE!
He patiently (repeatedly!) answered newbies questions with the grace and calmness that is so so appreciated especially during these trying times where our area tries to recover.

I ordered the szechuan (?) chicken with hot and sour soup, white rice and egg roll. best soup, the egg roll was crisp, hot and delicious, entree was ample and yummy. . My sis had the moo goo gaipan (?) egg roll and fried rice, which she enjoyed immensely. or waitress was attentive, kept our water glasses filled, and made us feel welcome. it's a bit of a drive but we will definitely return!!“
