I ordered some food from the Ellenton chilis and it’s was poor. The tortillas were dipped in fried oil and were nasty, you don’t get enough condiments from the fajitas. I grand opened this chilis back in 2015 and resigned in 2018 and wow the way the food looks and tastes is horrible. They need the original team back, GM Chris, kitchen manager Kenny and FOH Justin along with my wife and I. SMH sad
First time at this Restaurant....Food was good - our Server Jacky - needs to learn that you do NOT call your guests Honey, Sweety, very fast talking - everything was one more second, one more second.. how are you doing you guys....waiting for everything a long time...asking for butter...3 times before we got it...and then again You guys, honey, sweety....PLEASE respect your guests...I know it is difficult to hire good staff. a little training of good manors is in order here....i
