"Mel" was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and professional. Mel was very thoughtful and attentive. Mel made my time there very pleasant.
We were a party of 4 on New years Eve. While they were busy, our waitress was too overwhelmed to take an order for drinks. After finally ordering drinks, she brought the ones we ordered and did not order to the table. Then accidentally spilled the whole tray all over the 2 men and partially over us 2 women. Very disappointing experience. Had a 6:30 dinner reservation New Years Eve. Finally seated at 7:30. They were out of Several food and drink items . We were advised it would be 45-60 minutes to be served. By 9:30, still had not been served. We did see others seated after us eating their meals.
Finally, we paid our drink bill and left without ever getting our meal.
