“I love this place. It’s a family-owned restaurant where both the food and service are truly exceptional. The space strikes a perfect balance—modern in style, yet filled with warm, old-school hospitality.

The menu is extensive, with something for everyone, but my personal favorite is the Dubai Chocolate Pancakes—they’re unforgettable. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed, as if you’re stepping into someone’s home.

“First time visiting, cheesesteak was excellent!! Abby was very nice and efficient, food came out quickly and piping hot. Greeted promptly with a smile, both servers that were working were in constant motion and always upbeat, can’t always say that nowadays! Refreshing to see. Thanks for an excellent lunch. I have been back a few times since this review and every time has been very good. I had the meatball sub today today with pepperoni wow that was excellent! And every time I have gone, I have had excellent service. I had Abby the first couple times she was great, Ali I have had now a couple times. She is also very good and there was another one today I didn’t get her name, but she had family from Maine, which is where I am from. She was very nice as well and greeted me promptly when I came in. I have started coming here regularly now in the last month or so. Glad I found it.“

“Always the absolute best experience at Poached! One of the only places we repeatedly visit when on vacation. You’ll never leave hungry! Amazing food, great service and everyone’s always very friendly and sweet. Freddy was our favorite! David is always quick with the orders, fills up the drinks instantly and always super friendly. Makes a huge difference when the waiter knows what he’s doing and is actually enjoying it.
