“I usually never leave reviews but just WOW this is the place to be. From the atmosphere to the food this place is a 10/10. So much seating and such welcoming employees. The food is genuinely the most amazing thing I have EVER tasted. I highly suggest the fancy nancy as well as the grape salad. I wish I could come here everyday, but unforunately live 40 minutes away. However, I always make time to stop by this amazing location. I would truly live here if I could.“

“First time we have been inside since the make-over. The outside flows a lot better than before. The inside play area has been removed. More seating area has been added. The inside atmosphere has definitely changed. It is more for families with older kids and older adults. The vibe is different without the play area. Very clean and organized. Great flow. Condiments are available a a minimal way - smaller stations. If you want anything that is not there ask at the main counter - always 5/5 with service. I’m sure this was done to avoid waste of condiments.“

“I frequent Chick-fil-A locations all over the place. This location, by far, is the most well run and efficient locations I have been to. I will certainly use this location in the future.“

“I usually get a very good chicken salad. It big, lots of chicken and shredded cheese. Today? No. I got a container of lettuce, approx 10 slivers of shredded cheese and a few small pieces of grilled chicken. Normally good but off today“

“Great experience. Clean inside and the bathrooms were really clean. Got our food quick and it was fresh and hot. If you’re not hungry you can walk across the street and let the people at Zaxbys slap you across the face since that’s the normal service you get there.“

“Was never much of a Popeyes fan in the past, but recently over the last 6 months I am obsessed with this location in Bonita… I am usually getting there late at night and there is always cars there ready to order. However, the best part of this store is an employee named Thomas, he is always kind and courteous and personally makes sure that when go thru the drive thru that all my items are there , but packaged properly and are steaming fresh. Some nights I think he has been the only employee there working and his is a pure machine in the kitchen. There more to say about his work ethic and customer service skills but do yourself a favor and experience Thomas at his Popeyes in Bonita for yourself!!“

“I eat here all the time. It's Louisiana recipe Cajun Style food, not Middle-Eastern, the chicken is amazing, and the juiciest you'll find! The tenders are breast meat and not nuggets but fillet slices, roughly 1/6th a full breast. Very good! The honey and blueberry biscuits are truly great in their buttery drowned goodness! Their Cajun shrimp and Jambalaya are also very good choices! To be honest, I've never been dissatisfied since they opened a couple years back, and it's just two blocks down the street from where I live. I was a huge KFC/Popeyes fan, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken stole their dollar big time! Definitely a far healthier choice than other fast food fair as well, and the price is very affordable! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!“

“This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Luckily, it did not take long at all and was only about five minutes until I was up. The lady at the counter was very sweet and asked me how I was. She spoke in a pleasant, sweet voice as if she was happy to be doing her job. This is very important for companies and employees to have. Customers always want the best experience while getting food, staying at a hotel, or at any hospitality venue. It is reported that customers love to ramble about Chick-fil-A's overall cleanliness, quick, convenient service, and hardworking employees (Taylor, 2018). Once I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was only about a minute until another employee gave me my food and drink. I love Chick-fil-A so much and was very happy with my experience at FGCU. I do not have it that often, but every time I do, I hope my service experience and food taste delicious. Chick-fil-A always seems to satisfy my hunger and makes me keep wanting to come back for more.“

“Today 12/14/2024 I visited Pollo Tropical during the night shift and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professional attention. I would like to especially highlight three members of the team who made my visit very pleasant:
• Carlos Duarte (Cashier): He was extremely kind and patient when taking my order, making sure everything was correct and answering my questions with a positive attitude.
• Carlos Segura (Manager): His leadership and dedication to providing excellent service was evident. Their presence was reflected in the good organization and efficiency of the place.
• Melissa (Living Room): The dining area was spotless thanks to her. He constantly cleaned and kept everything in perfect condition, which made enjoying the food even better.

In addition, the food was delicious, with an exquisite flavor that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with music at a perfect volume that allowed for comfortable conversation.

“I come here often after class or on my lunch break and see Christopher taking orders 99% of the time. He’s amazing! Great customer service, efficient, and friendly. Tipping should be allowed when your employees are running around outside in the heat, even still he told me it wasn’t necessary. Give Christopher a raise!“
