“The BEST beef fried rice I have EVER had. I also got the sashimi appetizer, 3 pieces of tuna, 3 pieces of salmon, and 3 pieces of escolar for about 10 bucks. NOT BAD at all for what you get. The escolar is my all time favorite sashimi, and there’s isn’t the BEST I have had, but it still is incredible tasting. The Tuna was a perfect red color, but I ate all the salmon and tuna before I remembered to take a picture!!! I do have a picture of the beef fried rice, I got mine spicy and it is ACTUALLY spicy. Not “white person spicy” but a gooooood kick of spice. Its always been slow whenever I have come in, so please come in to show this business some love! I have also heard their pho is incredible, although I have yet to try it. I have been here a few times for their sushi and will DEFINITELY be back for more. Just a word of advice, if you like spicy tuna rolls, they use an odd crunchy spice in their spicy tuna rolls that I am not the biggest fan of, its different than your typical spicy tuna rolls… with all that said though, the waitress was sweet and the chef st the sushi bar is engaging and very easy to talk to. 5 stars all the way sround!“

“I made reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day at Ember and I’m so glad I did! It was our first time visiting and our waitress Miranda was nothing short of spectacular! She made sure to give us “crash courses” on each meat that we cooked! The environment was welcoming and everyone was super friendly and helpful guiding us along as we cooked. The food is amazing, the steak melts in your mouth. The “peanut” sauce was also delicious. I would highly recommend Ember to anyone I know, you can’t beat the experience.
