“What an amazing experience! We came in after a rainy, disappointing day, and left smiling.
The sushi was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was beyond friendly—every single person was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They even surprised us with complimentary donuts, which were honestly the best donuts I’ve ever had: warm, perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside.
To make it even more special, they made handmade balloon animals for our two kids, who absolutely loved them.

“I made reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day at Ember and I’m so glad I did! It was our first time visiting and our waitress Miranda was nothing short of spectacular! She made sure to give us “crash courses” on each meat that we cooked! The environment was welcoming and everyone was super friendly and helpful guiding us along as we cooked. The food is amazing, the steak melts in your mouth. The “peanut” sauce was also delicious. I would highly recommend Ember to anyone I know, you can’t beat the experience. “This is by far and it's not even close, the BEST Hibachi restaurant in America and let's not stop there, the World. Fort Myers born and raised, but now live in NJ where Hibachi is awful. I've come to learn that the salad dressing and sauces are so uniquely Osaka. My only complaint is that ownership hasn't realized the sauce empire gold mine they're sitting on and that there are people like me who would buy the salad dressing, orange seafood sauce, and garlic sauce in bulk - the rest of the sauces are good but these are exceptional and as a traditionalist I don't mess with Yum Yum. Please right this wrong and give the people who can't go except for 1 to 2 times a year what they need!“
