since you guys wanna delete my comments I will continue to write so everyone knows how you guys promised me a refund and I still haven't gotten one and when I cannot I get I'll call u right back and you don't call back so I this time I'll file a consumer complaint and we will go from there
We ordered Marcos last night to be delivered in Mount Dora. When it arrived the food was inedible. It just didn't exemplify the flavors you would normally receive from a well managed Marcos location. Now I have a full box of pizza that is sitting in my fridge because it was almost vomit inducing. I know for a fact I will not order from this location again because they always seem to disappoint.
Once again, I have reached out to the Manager Nicholis Barns with absolutely no response. (He responded and fixed an issue 1 time). He added a credit to my account, we only used ust under half the credit,. I called to place an order and wanted to use some of my remaining credit. The girl who answered was rude, argued about what my credit was, refused to let me speak to a manager or to call Nicholis.
