“I am A retired 22 year Navy veteran, I’m currently a teacher vocational school here in Sanford Florida. I moved to Florida in 1999 when I first tried Krystal. I immediately took a liking to Krystal’s and visited my local store in Lake Mary Fla on a pretty regular occasion after church with my daughter and grandkids, a couple years ago I visited a couple Crystal locations and was extremely disappointed in the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. With the purpose of my Review is not to complain. It’s to praise the manager and staff of the fern park Krystal. I decided to go ahead and give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was squeaky, clean the manager and the rest of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Not to mention the food was obviously prepared with care. I’m back! On my way out I told the manager to keep up the good work And that her store looked fantastic. “Walked into a clean establishment with a problem and immediately was greeted by the manager Yvonne who promptly tended to me and inquired my problem with an order mistake. She assured me she would handle the situation with no problem and as swiftly as I came in was as swiftly as I left with a smile on my face! Thank you Fern Park team you guys are the best!!!“

“This location is fantastic. First off, the burgers here are my favorite. The quality and flavor of the meat is second to none. So juicy and the perfect level of grease. Fries are always on the well done side, but fresh cut and very good. This is about the most underrated burger chain in America. IMO it tops both Five Guys and Shake Shack. And how can you beat this location for the atmosphere?“

Got my order done through UberEats and I actually made a mistake on it, called them, they resolved the situaction for me in time for the same uber driver to bring everythign to me perfectly on time, will definetly order again!“

“Delicious lunch specials and shakes. The signature burger with the 1000 Islandless dressing was better than Beyond and Impossible brands in taste and it was loaded with cheeze. The butterscotch shake was decadent. We definitely want to go back ASAP!!!“

“This is my first time going to Mooyah. It won’t be my last. The food out does itself. When I eat at five guys, my stomach cramps, but, Mooyah uses 100% beef and the same goes for dairy, I love their peanut butter cup milkshakes, and because it’s made with real ingredients my stomach doesn’t cramp. This has become my new favorite food joint because I know the food is real and not made with ingredients That are bio engineered or processed. In fact, I put in for delivery for tonight because it’s raining here, but this has become my new favorite spot for milkshakes and burgers. Will be trying their turkey burgers next. My mom loves their sweet potato fries, and my friend likes their handcuff fries. So we will be back, basically they gained three new customers.“

“This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and it was killer good! We ordered the chicken burritos (BOGO-uber). I’m not a burrito fan. It seems like they are always stuffed with filler to the point you can’t find the meat but these are so good I could order them twice a week. It was a big serving (I ate 1/2) and was full of well seasoned chicken. It’s really something that all the filling that should be hot were and the fresh veggies like chopped tomatoes and others were crispy and fresh! I’m hooked!
(It helped that Uber wasn’t making 2 other stops miles away on the way to deliver our order)“

“My first time here and I LOVED it! Quiet, clean, and stylish. The workers and patrons alike were considerate and respectful of noise levels. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious!! I can say that the lettuce burger, their classic double burger, fries, and cookies and cream custard milkshake were all exceptional (and that was all just $40). I would surely recommend this establishment and consider it to be a much higher level than McDonalds, Burger King, etc, but still in the same price range. BurgerFi has high quality ingredients that don't just taste like grease and they also use real beef without weird additives or preservatives. 100% coming back, and 100% recommend!“

“We are from ct and don’t have any steak and shakes where we’re from. We got our food delivered to our hotel and have never been before. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and the shakes were also delicious. The delivery was great and very timely. We got our food and everything was delivered nicely not all thrown in the bag and sealed and the bag everything was in was even vacuum sealed labeled with our name. “Food is good quality and appropriately priced. The neighborhood is not that good condition so there was no A/C when waiting for food and the parking is more drive up on the curb next to the door. You can tell the cook and people that run the place take good care when preparing the food. You should probably wait in your car and the cook will more than likely bring the food out to you if you let them know where to find you. Aside from the downsides, the food is good tasting and good quality and you will not regret it.“

“They were wonderful, I had my birthday brunch there with my family and staff and owner were unbelievable, super sweet staff and attentive. The food and drinks were like OMG delicious. It is $21.95 for the all you can eat brunch. I ate chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, pineapple shrimp ceviche, pork belly with jalapeño glaze, shrimp and grits, spinach and cheese frittata and a honey spinach and pepperoni pizza with extra spices. I love this place and my family and I will be back for sure.“

“I ordered my mixer on the app to see how fast it would take to get my desert. I went up to the front and i waited. Mario immediately asked if i needed help. I told him about my order and he immediately took care of it. These types of employees are keepers- self starters and take care of business. This guy can be a future leader.

Shane i see him hardworking, walking around cleaning, being proactive in ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for guests. He took our tray and even offered a to go box. He definitely was ensuring guests didnt need anything additional.

When you take care of your employees they take care of teh guests.“

“The food and service is always good, but don't go there is you only have 1 hour for lunch. It's literally right up the street from my job and it's kind of busy sometimes, but everytime we've gone there it takes forever to get in and out. I've worked in hospitality/front and back of the house and there is no sense of urgency there.“
