“I am A retired 22 year Navy veteran, I’m currently a teacher vocational school here in Sanford Florida. I moved to Florida in 1999 when I first tried Krystal. I immediately took a liking to Krystal’s and visited my local store in Lake Mary Fla on a pretty regular occasion after church with my daughter and grandkids, a couple years ago I visited a couple Crystal locations and was extremely disappointed in the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. With the purpose of my Review is not to complain. It’s to praise the manager and staff of the fern park Krystal. I decided to go ahead and give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was squeaky, clean the manager and the rest of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Not to mention the food was obviously prepared with care. I’m back! On my way out I told the manager to keep up the good work And that her store looked fantastic. I know this review is a mouthful, but I think it’s important emphasize people that are working very hard to do a good job! Thank you very much, Doug “Mac” Mackenzie Longwood Fl

“I went today and I had ordered online and it was so nice I wish I got the employees name or saw her badge but she offered me one of the extra frozen cokes they made! It absolutely made my day after having such a rough week ❤️I don’t normally leave reviews but hopefully somehow the employee can be recognized, was nice lady was about 12:45pm today :) thank you!“

“Went for lunch with the family on a Saturday afternoon. The customer service was excellent! The food was tasty, we had a good time. The veggie burger and onion rings were delicious. The kids meal was properly portioned. If you’re a man that eats a lot my husband recommends 2 burgers. Other than that, great meal and service. Stephany the manager gave us free ice cream to top off our meal. Definitely recommend!

“Onion rings are fantastic depending on who’s preparing them. What’s the problem of giving more of them?? Are onions as expensive as king crab, or filet mignon? Stop being so cheap!! There’s too many restaurants for you to be so cheap. Delivery driver never brought the order, and when I called to ask, they offered to make my meal again for free, and wouldn't let me leave without coupons. “Amazing new burger joint in Altamonte Springs. First time trying it, but it won’t be my last. I tried the Vault Burger because it’s the first burger I’ve seen to have beef bacon instead of pork. The burger was juicy and the vault sauce was good. The burger is messy, so be prepared. Also got the onion rings, they were crispy and good as well. I also tried the build your own fries, and went with an animal style build (iykyk). On the fries, I put Cajun seasoning, grilled onions, cheese sauce, and vault sauce. They were amazing, way better than animal fries from In-N-Out. Highly recommend giving the place a try. Oh, did I mention they are halal as well.“

“We are from ct and don’t have any steak and shakes where we’re from. We got our food delivered to our hotel and have never been before. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and the shakes were also delicious. The delivery was great and very timely. We got our food and everything was delivered nicely not all thrown in the bag and sealed and the bag everything was in was even vacuum sealed labeled with our name. Great experience for our first time and we will definitely come again if we ever come across another steak and shake. Great experience. 🙌🏼“

“My husbands ordered a burger and fries and i ordered the mahi salad, and I have to say it was AMAZING. We loved the food and the customer service. They were on top of everything asking if we needed anything with a smile on their face. The atmosphere was very good and it was a clean establishment. Will be coming back for sure.“

“I just had a beef empanada and it was really really good. although I found my little empanada sauce at the bottom of the bag. Luckily I had one bite left because that was the best bite! Black beans and rice don't know how they made it better but they did. I had a sample of the chicken bowl and I can tell you won't be disappointed. I didn't get it because I thought it might be alot. The guava pastry was on point. It was my first time and won't be my last. The owners great people! Very Friendly!“

“Food is good quality and appropriately priced. The neighborhood is not that good condition so there was no A/C when waiting for food and the parking is more drive up on the curb next to the door. You can tell the cook and people that run the place take good care when preparing the food. You should probably wait in your car and the cook will more than likely bring the food out to you if you let them know where to find you. Aside from the downsides, the food is good tasting and good quality and you will not regret it.“

“I ordered my mixer on the app to see how fast it would take to get my desert. I went up to the front and i waited. Mario immediately asked if i needed help. I told him about my order and he immediately took care of it. These types of employees are keepers- self starters and take care of business. This guy can be a future leader.

Shane i see him hardworking, walking around cleaning, being proactive in ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for guests. He took our tray and even offered a to go box. He definitely was ensuring guests didnt need anything additional.

When you take care of your employees they take care of teh guests.“

* Edit to update. Owner reached out from review and offered us a second chance on the house. The milkshakes are great! He suggested a different sandwich which we tried and enjoyed. Far less greasy. Still not a fan of the fries. Really miss the previous way they were made. Changing my stars as the manager/owner truly cares about his business and his customers. And the milkshakes were a welcome treat! Was definitely worth giving them a second try.“
