The restaurant is often bustling, as evidenced by a recent visit on the busy Monday night before Christmas Eve. Despite the full house, the service from Janell was engaging and efficient. Three diners in the group enjoyed the delectable grouper, which was deemed exceptional and worth ordering again. Another diner's seafood gumbo and fish sandwich were equally praised.
The menu, however, could benefit from more vegan-friendly options, as one guest was limited to a side salad and hush puppies. Additionally, the pricing of certain cocktails, such as the Woodford Double Oaked Old Fashioned at $22 each, caught some diners by surprise.
