This Chick-fil-A is a rather large location in a more rural area of Southern Dade county, right before the highways in Florida City. It has two dedicated drive-through lanes, so traffic and parking are not a huge issue. The ambience is cute, with decorations for Christmas.
The food is excellent, fresh, and made to order. It is always great, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Specific favorites include the best Mac and Cheese, wonderful smoothies, milkshakes, and high-quality ice cream that tastes totally different from other chains. They also have salads, offering some healthy options.
The service is top-notch, exceptional, and great both inside and at the drive-through. The staff is super friendly, amazing, professional, and looks like they enjoy working there. They go out of their way to make the customer happy, demonstrating a calm, professional, warm, and genuinely human approach. The experience is outstanding and awesome.
