Only negative was it was ice cold inside. But do note: this is the finest food in Ft. Lauderdale!!
We’re in town for the week and we decided to try this ristorante. Martino greeted us upon arrival and seated us to our table. We were impressed from the staff to the food, service was impeccable. Before we left we made a second reservation.

If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, look no further than Casa D’Angelo. From the moment you walk in, Martino makes you feel completely at home — warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring you have a memorable experience.
The chef, who is straight from Italy, is truly incredible. Every dish tastes like it was made in a Tuscan kitchen — rich, fresh, and full of flavor. The pasta is perfectly al dente, the sauces are layered with depth, and the wine list complements everything beautifully.
Whether you’re out for a special occasion or simply craving real Italian food, Casa D’Angelo never disappoints. Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in South Florida!
A Hidden Gem!

Great staff, Great service Great food. Great Ambiance. I compare it to Louie Bossie, where we ate the night before. Where only the food was good. Everything else was a disaster!!!
Every time I come here I have a fantastic experience. From the service to the food, everything is terrific. I highly recommend the tuna tartare, grilled octopus, and melanzane. The branzino when available is also incredible. They are always impressing me with their specials. The atmosphere is very nice. They also have a beautiful bar area on the left side of the restaurant, and they make really good cocktails. I usually come here for date night or a girls night out, but its really a great spot for all occasions.
Had the most delicious tuna tartar, so fresh and hands down best presentation! The stuff of the restaurant is just so professional and friendly, truly felt like a family. Love Casa di Angelo, and can’t wait to be back.

Last night we had dinner at Casa D’Angelo in Fort Lauderdale, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We didn’t have a reservation, but I really wanted to dine there, and the hostesses were so kind and accommodating — they asked us to wait just five minutes before finding us a table. That small gesture already made my night!
As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by our server MICHEL, who was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. We asked for his recommendations, and I’m so glad we did because everything he suggested was absolutely delicious.
We started with the zucchini flowers and the sausage with meatball appetizer, both excellent. For our main courses, we had the mushroom risotto and the seafood pasta — each dish was full of authentic flavor and perfectly prepared.
Even though we were full, MICHEL kindly insisted on offering us dessert, and we happily accepted. We chose the tiramisu, which was simply outstanding.
We left completely satisfied and already can’t wait to come back. A special thank you to the wonderful hostesses, the manager Martino, and especially MICHEL for making our evening so memorable.
Casa D’Angelo truly represents the best of Italian dining in Fort Lauderdale! 🇮🇹❤️

Always a great experience here. Food is always terrific and service is spot on. Highly recommended.
Great atmosphere. Horrible service. Horrible food. Would not recommend for the price.
Dirty martini - completely wrong drink was served. Espresso martini was great and beef carpaccio was delicious.
Lobster pasta. Lobster was supposed to be 10oz. There were two small bite sized pieces mixed in. Both were fishy and overcooked. I left 1/2 of the 2nd piece on the plate, no one asked if there was something wrong.
Penne vodka added chicken when asked. IT WAS $50!!! They don’t mix the chicken into the pasta so both had a completely separate flavor. When my gf asked why it was separate he said because the chef didn’t want pictures with pasta and chicken. (She could just put the chicken in the pasta and take a picture) Left 1/2 of the food behind, no one asked if we wanted it to go nor did they ask if there was something wrong.
Waiter never came over and asked how the food turned out after it was delivered. Didn’t seem to care much at all.
Great people watching though.
1 app, 2 pasta, took two hours from sitting down to walking out.
I left a 9% tip and I feel guilty that it was as high as it was.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. My wife and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were very well taken care of.
We were warmly welcomed by the maître d’, Martino, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, gave us his full attention, and even made a great effort to speak our language (Portuguese).
All the waiters were very attentive!
The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was both pleasant and elegant.
At the end, we even received a surprise dessert arranged by Martino in honor of our anniversary.
An excellent place for a special occasion.
