“Little hidden place in Plantation, located on Pine Island Road in a small shopping plaza. Izgara is a Middle Eastern restaurant, with delicious food! The Hummus , is the best I have ever had! It's creamy, buttery with a little tangy kick! I had the Skewered Steak Platter with salad, fresh cut sweet potato fries ( that I kept dipping into my hummus) 😋 check this place out! P.S. they also have vegetarian options“

“Had a great experience at Gyroville! The food tasted good and was flavorful — the gyro meat was well-seasoned and juicy, and the toppings were crisp and plentiful. I really liked that they gave you options on the sides, kind of like a Mediterranean Chipotle. The staff was friendly and got my order out quickly even though it was busy.

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because for some reason I was expecting something different in my mind for the price but it still got the job done for the day as I was craving gyros, the taste definitely made up for it. I’ll be back for sure — highly recommend if you’re craving something tasty and quick with a Greek twist!“

“First time here and I can’t wait to go back! I found this gem on Yelp as I was looking for a special place to celebrate a good friend’s birthday. My friend wanted something on the water that was unique. Olive & the Sea looked like the perfect fit. I reached out a week prior to see if they could accommodate a party of 10. Bernadette (events manager) was amazing and got back to me right away. The restaurant was STUNNING. Beautiful atmosphere inside and out with water views. The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. Everything was very fresh and tasted great! Rachel our waitress did everything she could to make the night perfect. We had a private room that was gorgeous! I highly recommend everyone check Olive & the Sea out especially if you are looking for a special night!“

“We stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale hotel and this is their main restaurant. We went for a quiet dinner today and we have been quite satisfied with the service and the food. They are really trying to be kind to us and you can almost feel a family type of business even though it’s part of a chain... We only took the BLT sandwich since we were not that hungry. The food was really good and their prices are very acceptable for a hotel restaurant.“

“Anthony was extremely friendly and serving me my euro my fries, and my falafels with plenty of extra spreads to dip aforementioned into. Nathan was also very helpful and very timely. They have a very tight operation because there’s only two of them. They’re serving a lot of people because obviously their food is so popular.Gyros are savory and authentic. Their fried foods (falafel and fries) capture how Greek food tastes when it’s real Mediterranean. Whenever I’m the area (or slightly outside), this is my place. Their gyro meat is top shelf; trust me, I’ve run through a lot of mediocre gyro meat to find out.“
