Our waitress could only be described as "mealy mouthed". Her voice was almost a whisper and I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. The restaurant wasn't loud - she is either incredibly shy or completely lacks self-confidence. I was surprised that no substitutions were allowed on the pizzas. I had an all-vegetable pizza which was quite delicious but I would have liked to have added Italian sausage, ham or pepperoni but was told that couldn't be done.

First time I took my family to eat the “all you can eat” the gnocchi and apart from the fact that we waited for more than 40 minutes (which I understand because it was a day with a lot of customers) we spent another 30 minutes waiting just to try 2 flavors of gnocchi... when they finally bring us the 3rd flavor that they serve me, I ask for more and the waiter tells me “MORE? I have to continue delivering to other people” I thought it was a lack of respect and a pity for my family who were visiting the place for the first time and got a bad impression.

Manager should be aware that every 29th people come to get gnocchi. I should not be waiting for the first flavor to arrive for 15min and then the second for 15min more. Then when the third came I asked for a bit more because of the time between flavor and flavor and the waitress told me “no because there are more people waiting”. Mmm sorry but you need to teach your staff how to treat people and get more people inside your kitchen because you guys were out of gnocchi =/.. 1h and I just tried 4flavors.NO GOOD!

We LOVE Piola, food is always amazing both for Dine-in and Delivery. Food comes out quick, Staff is very friendly, we’ve always had a great experience, especially with Jeremy who we’ve had before as a waiter and at the bar. He provides exceptional service every time and his Caipirinha’s are on point!! Shoutout also to Sebastian, he provides consistently great service and is very attentive!

I loved a quick service and decent food. I had a nice Valentine Day dinner there and enjoyed Caprese with mozzarella and their Piola Summer for bread/focaccia type loaded with Arugula, prosciutto and cheese. Tiramisu was good texture wise, but could be better flavored to my taste. They served free Panna Cotta in honor of Valentine's, which was good and was very nice gesture I thought ?.
