I ordered shrimp with zucchini noodles. It was too dry and el dante but when I expressed what I wanted they listened and changed it. Service not that great but good overall. What I was surprised to see is that the tipping starts with 20%. I chose to custom my tip.
We had dinner there last night and it was absolutely fantastic! I especially loved our server, who was the bartender, we like sitting at the bar. I had the artichoke appetizer which was incredible and a special pasta dish with shrimp. We also had the mushroom risotto which was really good. I can’t wait to go back!

Scolapasta Bistro and Pasta Shop is an amazing place with delicious homemade pasta and incredible staff. The food is absolutely amazing, with dishes like grilled hearts of palm and shrimp franchise that leave a lasting impression. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, much like being in a beloved family member’s home. The service is great, with friendly and attentive waiters, and the manager, Raul, is knowledgeable and passionate about Italian food and wine. The only downside is that the restaurant can get quite busy, making it noisy at times, which may not be ideal for a quiet evening. The authentic dishes, from appetizers to pasta, are delicious and pair well with a nice Montepulciano Riserva. The experience feels personal and special, especially with Chef Roberto, who is fantastic and shares his passion for his craft. Highly recommended for anyone looking for nice Italian food in a family-friendly setting.
