Stopped in for happy hour. Our server was kind and the restaurant is really pretty. We ordered a rum-based drink that was so bad we couldn’t finish it. It basically tasted like milky lemon juice. The spicy tofu was underwhelming—cold unpressed cubed tofu in a decent sauce. Our veggie tempura included an entire half onion, which seems like a really odd choice.
We have been coming here at Sushi Garage Las Olas for a few years now, or ordering take out when we are in the mood for high quality delicious Sushi and their amazing variety of cooked Japanese dishes. My husband eats Sushi every chance he gets while traveling and he still says Sushi Garage has the best tasting Sushi he has ever eaten, WHY…because nothing beats FRESH and high grade quality fish and seafood.
