“I’ll admit…the food here has never been subpar. It is always consistent and 9 times out of 10 it’s too hot to eat right away. That’s definitely what you want in a fast food restaurant. The only problem I have with this place is the inconsistency in employees. I’ve ordered mobile orders from this location more times than I can count. Never have I been told I have to come inside the restaurant to pick up my mobile order. The employee said they’re not doing mobile orders for drive thru anymore…..I’m thinking she’s maybe new or thinks I’m trying to pick up a door dash order or something. Guess I’m about to find out. Either way…the food here is usually about as good as it gets for Taco Bell. So I’d still recommend this location. But it’s always something different when it comes to the service.“
“I've always come to this taco bell when I have my lunch break or dinner break, atmosphere and food I give it a 5 star excellence but the customer service I give it a 4 star rating because yesterday I order my food and the cashier looking at me /rolling her eyes as if I was bothering her and when she handed my food and drink I told her thank you she didn't even say your welcome ,I hope you enjoy your meal and you have a wonderful day . And when I ask her if she was okay her attitude was nasty and told the manager what I said . And I've been coming this taco bell for the past year and a half I don't want taco bell to lose there best customer because of bad customer service 💯💯💯💯“
