Every time I’ve ordered from here the bagels do not taste fresh like they claim. They almost are always chewier and have a slight old taste to them. I love Brooklyn water bagels, I usually go to the location in Boca. However I started coming to this location a few times before work. The difference in quality and taste is extremely noticeable. Incredible place, wonderful staff, a very kind woman works at the front. I came in for the first time to grab coffee early in the morning. She showed me everything and explained it, and was very polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit. Next time I stop by for lunch, I will definitely try not only the coffee but also the food they prepare.

Stopped by today and just had to say this: the manager and the staff at the Brooklyn Bagel of Fort Lauderdale are exceptionally kind. You can tell they were short on staff today, yet the manager continued serving everyone with genuine care, great humor, and a constant smile.
