Every time I’ve ordered from here the bagels do not taste fresh like they claim. They almost are always chewier and have a slight old taste to them. I love Brooklyn water bagels, I usually go to the location in Boca. However I started coming to this location a few times before work. The difference in quality and taste is extremely noticeable. All I’m saying is stop selling day old bagels as fresh bagels thinking that people won’t notice. Also the fact I asked for double...

Incredible place, wonderful staff, a very kind woman works at the front. I came in for the first time to grab coffee early in the morning. She showed me everything and explained it, and was very polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit. Next time I stop by for lunch, I will definitely try not only the coffee but also the food they prepare.

This was our first time visiting a Brooklyn Water Bagel as we are from Canada. Sharon was absolutely fantastic! She was patient and recommended some goodies. She was super polite and served us with a smile. The bagels were so delicious but the icing on the experience was the Ice Coffee!! Ice cubes made of coffee ?! Genius. Absolutely loved the selection and the creamer fountain was an excellent touch.

Thank you Sharon. We hope to come by again before we head...
