Tom Jenkins BBQ Reviews
Came all the way from Missouri for a tournament in town called and they said they close at 7:00 pm but when we arrived at 5:00 pm they were closed for the day! Talk about false advertisement! Change the signs to reflect the times that you’re open and closed!
Lady to helped me today taller black lady was very short tempered today. I asked which ribs are less fatty her reply “they are ribs” and didn’t answer and made me feel like an idiot. Over all food was great except the dry corn bread and baby back ribs were way salty with the rub! Brisket was tasty confused why it’s chopped though when it’s listed as brisket…?! Website has the platter for 4$ cheaper but when you show up I guess the owner hasn’t updated the website....read full review

Menu
Tom Jenkins BBQ offers a variety of dishes, with their brisket and pork highly praised for its perfect tenderness and savory sauce with a hint of sweetness. Notable menu items include brisket, pork, turkey, coleslaw, onion rings, and hush puppies. The ribs, especially the Pork Spare ribs, have also gained recognition for their tender, juicy texture and unique barbecue sauce with a spicy kick. The food is described as phenomenal, with everything tasting homemade and prepared with love.
Accompanying sides like baked beans, potato salad, collard greens, and mac and cheese received positive comments, although some suggest focusing on the meats. The restaurant has a very small seating area with about 7-8 picnic-style tables, creating a rustic, cozy atmosphere that makes visitors feel at home. While there may be a slight wait during peak busy times, the quick and warm service ensures timely delivery of food. Tom Jenkins BBQ provides an authentic experience for BBQ lovers, making it a worthwhile stop in South Florida.
