“Ordered wings on the first of the month from Uber Eats. These wings were the best I’ve had from Wing Stop since I was a kid. I got 30 wings and different flavors. Had enough sauce to actually enjoy the flavor and not wonder what it taste like. They did not fall short of my bleu cheese which happens often from other locations on Uber Eats. I’m still thinking about these wings almost two weeks later lol. Whoever was working that night, thank you.“
“Kudos to Reva for assisting with my refund. She showed urgency by taking my information to have the manager issue the refund. I placed an order online during the BOGO event but decided to request a refund as I waited over an hour and no one could tell me how much longer before my order would be ready. It seems that the manager tried her best to manage the event but it was just too much volume. Reva, the manager and most of the team displayed professionalism during a busy day. Usually my online orders are smooth. I missed out on today’s deal but look forward to ordering in the future. A few recommendations would be to update the wait time on confirmations and have an online tracker to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.“
