The staff is absolutely disrespectful and just so lazy. They need a reality check since they believe it’s okay to be rude to customers. I hope they come to their senses and realize that being so incredibly rude to non-English speaking customers is absolutely disgusting. Been dying to go to a Wingstop for months, finally did it, and it was worth the wait! We split a 10-piece lemon pepper w/ blue cheese and a 10-piece garlic parm w/ blue cheese, cajun corn and fries. The only two complaints I have is that I ordered a side of ranch in addition to the blue cheese, because I've heard amazing things about their ranch, but didn't get it. Wings are great, people are friendly but we waited exactly 1.5 hours for our order. Sitting in the store. Something is broken. So do they make all Uber orders first? Other families were waiting while we all watched food delivery guys coming and going for that whole time. Never offered a free drink or anything. I feel bad but guys, 1.5 hours for an order???
