“We celebrated Father's Day with dinner at Snug Harbor Restaurant last night, and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The food was delicious, the atmosphere spectacular, and our server Lola was fantastic! My dad really enjoyed his ahi tuna entree, and my brother said it may now be one of his favorite restaurants in Fort Myers. We will definitely be back, and will be bringing friends!“

“I'm new to Bonita, and I was looking for a place to eat lunch and have a real coffee. This place is excellent in every way. Food and service exceptional. The girls very attentive. Fast service although for me I don't need it to be fast. But I understand that everyone in the FL is in a hurry, so it's perfect if you're just walking fast. Very nice decoration and pleasant music. The best coffee I have had all year since I am Puerto Rican but I have lived outside my island for several years. I recommend it to anyone.“

“This is a staple of the Marriott vacation club and a great place to get a cold beer, drink of the day or your favorite top shelf at a fair price. (15%off for guests). They have a tasty menu. This time we tried the pulled pork sandwich and a chicken quesadilla. The pulled pork was flavorful without the overwhelming BBQ flavor that most tend to have. Served with coleslaw on top and a side of seasoned fries. The quesadilla was delicious. Slightly crispy with a flavorful chicken d. Cheese blend. For drink I chose a blond that was delicious. I cannot remember the name but it was really good 👍🏼. Stop in have a drink then go for a swim in the pool.
They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. We opted for breakfast, the breakfast burrito was delicious.“

“I forgot to grab our waitresses name but she was amazing and very attentive to us while serving others in a timely manner as well. We had this place near us for a while and never tried it out until now but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was made super fresh including their sushi and sashimi and soft shell crab. Their ramen was also delicious and pork was tender. They have a great lunch combo special on sushi as well, very worth it!! The donuts are the bomb too!“

“I can't say enough great things about Mellow Mushroom! This is the best pizza in town! Whenever I go I always start with the pretzel bites! So yummy and addicting. Then depending on what I am in the mood for I get a salad or a pizza. The salads are all delicious but my favorite is the Greek or bacon Blue Wedge. If I do pizza I get either the Buffalo Chicken or Pacific Rim. I love the thick crust and basically all of them. Then if there is room, for dessert, the chocolate brownie or cookie with ice cream! 😋 oh and they have vegan and gluten free items! Can't go wrong here! “My wife and I had an amazing dinner here last week with our friends! The ambiance/decore, the food, the service, everything was excellent! The ladies both had chicken that they enjoyed and us guys had steaks, one a dry aged daily special, and mine was a top notch NY strip cooked to perfection! We had a shrimp cocktail, crab cake, and pork belly for appetizers and they were awesome! (The pork belly is the BEST!) I seriously can't say enough good about the place and I Highly recommend it. the owner, George, stopped by the table and visited for a bit as he's friends with our friends (he's a good dude). “I was here visiting family and had never heard of Blaze Pizza. I saw on Google that Blaze has a decent rating and the restaurant was close to where we were hanging out, so I decided to place a pickup order online. I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage, a large pepperoni and double cheese, a small gluten free mushroom, and cheese bread.

The restaurant seemed clean. My order was as ready when it was supposed to be. The staff was welcoming. When I got back to my family all of the food was still hot. The flavors were good (I tried all four items that I bought).

Upon looking at my receipt I noticed that I’d been charge a 15% tip which I didn’t know about and certainly didn’t authorize. I tip very well for good service when I dine in, and I am generous with delivery drivers, but I generally don’t tip if I’m picking up my order. I was shocked that a 15% tip would be added to an online order without the consent of the customer. At no point in the online ordering process was the addition of a tip noted.

I called the store for more than 20 minutes but no one answered. I made a complaint online.

The next day I received both an email and a phone call from a manager. They seemed to sincerely want to know what had gone wrong on their end. They were apologetic and compensated for their mistake.

Blaze Pizza certainly needs to address a couple of issues. First, no more automatically charging online customers a 15% tip that they did not initiate. Second, answer your phone.

BUT, I was impressed with their follow up. They won me back with their customer service. I’ll give them another try.“

Nostalgic feeling brings me back pure memories in Rhode Island & New England with the pictures of the lighthouses and Boston sports teams on display. “This place is EXCELLENT, great good, great casual atmosphere, all the staff are very nice, respectful and they go above and beyond to accommodate requests. All the customers that come in seem local and nice. have been here many times... my wife can't get enough of their wings. I love their shrimp and sauce that come with it (I forget the name of the actual dish name... the shrimp are straight with a crispy batter.) my 8 yesr old likes their chicken. “Pizza Parma in Cape Coral is the most authentic feeling Italian restaurant in the area. The menu is amazing, the facility is spotlessly clean, and everything from the table lamps to the napkins to the bottled water is first class. The best thing though, is the service. You are warmly welcomed and the knowledgeable staff goes overboard to make sure you get exactly what you want and that you are satisfied. On a 5 star basis I give Pizza Parma a 6“
