“This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Luckily, it did not take long at all and was only about five minutes until I was up. The lady at the counter was very sweet and asked me how I was. She spoke in a pleasant, sweet voice as if she was happy to be doing her job. This is very important for companies and employees to have. Customers always want the best experience while getting food, staying at a hotel, or at any hospitality venue. It is reported that customers love to ramble about Chick-fil-A's overall cleanliness, quick, convenient service, and hardworking employees (Taylor, 2018). Once I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was only about a minute until another employee gave me my food and drink. I love Chick-fil-A so much and was very happy with my experience at FGCU. I do not have it that often, but every time I do, I hope my service experience and food taste delicious. Chick-fil-A always seems to satisfy my hunger and makes me keep wanting to come back for more.“

Tipping should be allowed when your employees are running around outside in the heat, even still he told me it wasn’t necessary. Give Christopher a raise!“
