“Great service at this location. We called ahead to make sure they had Malt Milkshakes. The Team Member who answered the call was enthusiastic and pleasant. When we walked in, we were greeted by smiling Josie & her Team. They were all so friendly and welcoming. The milkshake was delish and our cake batter Ice cream was also good.“
“We went to this Cold Stone location last night aroun 9 pm (8/17/23). They had a bit of a rush at that time and the line went to the door. The two employees handled it with grace and ease. They were friendly and efficient. It was a breath of fresh air after experiencing subpar customer service at dinner just before this. Keep up the great work!“

“Brenda was wonderful. We are from out of town and were nervous because we had never seen or tasted her work before booking. She is a great communicator, worked with us to capture exactly what we wanted, and made beautiful cupcake centerpieces for my son’s rehearsal dinner exactly as I had envisioned. They were a huge hit, and no one could believe they were cupcakes even after we told them. 5 stars!! Would highly recommend! Plus the cupcakes were delicious!“

“nice food. I just don't like their lack of commitment. When we make a reservation to buy something in large quantities and pick it up, our product is not reserved waiting to be picked up. it is sold to other people. We have to wait to remake another product again so we can take it away.“
