Insomnia Cookies serves up the best, moist, and delicious cookies around. While some flavors may be just ok, the limited edition apple caramel is amazing. The Choco/PB chunk was a bit disappointing. The cookies are warm and smell wonderful, and the sugar cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, and salted caramel are favorites. The vegan and gluten-free options are just like normal cookies, not cake-like. The ice cream is great too, with new flavors like DreamWeaver being highly recommended. They are open all night long if you need to fulfill your sweet tooth, though the cookies can be expensive. Despite the lackluster atmosphere, the sales associate named Caleb made the experience great. Overall, a satisfactory shop with delicious treats and room for improvement.
