Insomnia Cookies serves up the best, moist, and delicious cookies around. While some flavors may be just ok, the limited edition apple caramel is amazing. The Choco/PB chunk was a bit disappointing. The cookies are warm and smell wonderful, although the presentation could be better. Despite the lackluster atmosphere, the sales associate named Caleb made the experience great. Overall, a satisfactory shop with delicious treats and room for improvement.
