“This was our first time eating at Bahama Breeze. We went for lunch and had a salad and a pasta dish. Both were very good, and filling, The grilled chicken salad and the mushroom pasta were filling and our non-alcoholic beverages were adequate. Stacey, our server, was attentive and positive. We would return for a dinner to explore more options.“

“Guys, delicious food with homemade seasoning, delicious rice, good service and a family atmosphere. The meat skewer was wonderful with mashed potatoes and fried plantains. Very well done dessert, congratulations. Excellent! We will be back more often.“

“Today 12/14/2024 I visited Pollo Tropical during the night shift and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professional attention. I would like to especially highlight three members of the team who made my visit very pleasant:
• Carlos Duarte (Cashier): He was extremely kind and patient when taking my order, making sure everything was correct and answering my questions with a positive attitude.
• Carlos Segura (Manager): His leadership and dedication to providing excellent service was evident. Their presence was reflected in the good organization and efficiency of the place.
• Melissa (Living Room): The dining area was spotless thanks to her. He constantly cleaned and kept everything in perfect condition, which made enjoying the food even better.
In addition, the food was delicious, with an exquisite flavor that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with music at a perfect volume that allowed for comfortable conversation.
I would definitely recommend this Pollo Tropical. Thanks to the team for making my visit a memorable experience. Keep up the great work!“

“I loved my experience here at Pollo Tropical. I was attended perfectly by Johann ( Jo), a high school student. He asked my son about his school and listened attentively. He also got my order done quickly, and it was delicious. It felt like it was served with love( which it was). I will DEFINITELY be coming here again. Thanks a lot Jo, you made this visit very special and my son says he's never been treated like this by an associate before. I'm grateful beyond words 🤗“
