“It was our first time at Cafe Brazil in Ft Myers...what a treat!! The crew, Kaka, Carlos & William among others, took very good care of us..and the food!! The Picanha, Caldo Verde and Yuca frita! Excellent!! To top it off...it was FIFA game night!! The cocktails were flying!! We highly recommend this place..!!“

“On a Sunday evening at 8 pm, it was fairly deserted. Our server, Casey, was super! He was personable, friendly, informative and made sure we got all our food correctly and hot. The music was entertaining without being too loud. We didn't have cocktails this time, but last time we thoroughly enjoyed them. Top notch! Highly recommend this place.“

“I want to give a huge thank you to Israel and the entire team at Pollo Tropical! I placed a catering order and completely misunderstood the preparation time, only to realize it would take hours to be ready. Feeling stressed on Father’s Day, I stopped by and asked for the manager, Israel, to see if there was anything that could be done.
Without hesitation, he said, “Let me see what I can do,” and immediately the staff jumped into action. Everyone worked together to get my order prepared, and they truly went above and beyond to help me out.
Because of Israel and his amazing team, our Father’s Day celebration went off without a hitch. Their customer service, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you for saving Father’s Day for my family—I am incredibly grateful!“

“I know that Pollo tropical has a special process to marinate their chicken. The marination process goes deep into the meat all the way to the Bone by removing the atmosphere in a chamber, then introducing the flavoring and bringing the pressure back to atmosphere. This allows the chicken to draw in the flavoring all the way to the bone! Amazing process, but not rocket science. I'm wondering how many other chicken places use this process?“

“I came here on a regular Saturday not expecting too much from this humble Hispanic restaurant, but was kindly surprised by the excellent tables and food, but most importantly the kind teenager by the name of Jo was very respectful and kind, his voice was like that of an angel, his smile brightened up my day, his service was impeccable, it was Jo that made the trip worth my time, not only did he serve me with a smile, but also gave derections to the Edison mall. What a kind young soul.“

“Great food truck. Fast service and generous portions at a reasonable price with friendly service. The Cafe con Leche is top notch and the steak sandwiches are phenomenal with fresh ingredients. Glad I found this truck right next to my condo. Will be going here often.“
