My wife and I dined at a high top in the bar area this evening. We greeted by Matt the bartender who was pleasant and professional. Matt was on top of his game even with a full bar. He made our experience excellent. The food was great as usual.
Front desk reception was very arrogant. I made a reservation through Open Table for Charlie and a party of 3. She called Charlie party 2. When I went to the counter she said it was not for me. She later called Charlie party of 3 when no one showed for Charlie party of 2. I said that had to be a mistake. She said in passing on the way to the table that it was. She never apologized. We were seated 30 minutes after our confirmed reservation time. The table server was also very quick....
Our server, Nevaeh, was spectacular! Attentive, personable, talkative and made us feel very special! The food was incredible as well! We enjoyed ourselves so much - and when we return, we will be asking for Nevaeh specifically! We hope to see her, and this restaurant, very soon! 10 out of 10! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
