Food was excellent as always. Service was terrible. Server seemed disinterested in being at work. Unfriendly and was very slow taking our orders and delivering them. We almost got up and moved to the bar area where I assume we would've been better taken care of.
Hmm. We are big fans of PF Changs and eat regularly at them in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sawgrass Miami. This is the first time it has tasted different and not for the better. \n\nLoved the lunch special idea, but we hadn’t finished our starters when the mains were brought out. \n\nThe hot and sour soup was absolutely not hot and sour. More a beef broth with no flavor other than a mild beef. \n\nThe rest of the food tasted nothing like the PF Changs we love. The rice had crispy bits...
This location is far better than the one we sometimes end up at in Milwaukee, WI (Mayfair Mall). It took a while for that first “hello” from our server, but then timing was better after that. It's important for servers to at least acknowledge new customers asap, even if they are slammed... (which they weren't.) I had the salmon which was flavorful, healthy and filling. I do recommend that dish.
