“Our favorite beer is the Dirty Blonde. It's always set at the perfect chilled temperature. The parmesan garlic wings is truly a must. Our server Lindsey was as sweet as could be ask for her you won't be disappointed.“

“Came for karaoke, was impressed by the cleanliness of place, love the set up and no smoking is awesome. Service was friendly but not too attentive but it seemed they didn't expect the size of the crowd. They comped our drinks without us saying anything to them, so that tells me they were paying attention and actually do care about your experience here. The food is freaking fantastic! “Came here for the first time today after a recommendation from a friend. Our group tried 5 different dishes and they were all wonderful. Philly Roll, blackened shrimp, buffalo fingers (but with sweet chili sauce), sweet potato fries, and the buffalo wings (medium). Everything was fantastic. The place is very casual, adorned with Michigan sports decor, (but everyone is welcome of course) Staff was super friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure.“

“Love this place! Feels like it’s a hidden gem. It’s a part of the Luminary hotel and one of few sports bars downtown. They have great deals and if you are into golf/soccer/hockey/football they have a simulator. There is something for everyone here! Alyssa is my absolute favorite employee not just at Chips but the Luminary as a whole. She always remembers me and provides consistent top notch service. Brittany is awesome too. “We ate at the Winchester, VA location. The service was excellent and I was very grateful for the Gluten Free menu. They even gave me my dessert on the house as it was my birthday! The food was delicious as well!“

“If you’ve never been here, keep in mind, the prices on the website are different than the prices on the menu in the restaurant. Waitress said “you can’t go by the online prices”…….well then you need to change them then & they shouldn’t be advertised if it’s not the actual price….IJS. They really need to fix that & if they don’t fix it, they should honor the prices they are advertising 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“We went there early on 9/28/25 as they opened up at 8:30 am for a Pittsburgh Steelers game in Dublin, Ireland. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast sandwiches which were good. The regular menu was also available.“

“Fun atmosphere, it looked like it draws a popular local crowd on a Friday night. The area around the bar was crowded & loud but there is also dining off the main area that is quieter. Service was good and the food was good, I had a great Mahi sandwich & my husband had wings.“

“My birthday cake went in the trash! Needed something quickly! After searching the internet for what I needed, I called. They could help me out! I really was in a big fix! I grabbed a couple of my cake tiers..and went to see what she held for me... they were very delicious cupcakes! At the party, when friends asked where I got them...people knew.."Oh..the little place.."..ayuh...watch out for those small unpretentious little shops in a plaza...its a GEM! “Fantastic - chill place, cheap beer

The beers were around $3-4. There was a band playing that performs once a month. About 5 pool tables. No overly loud obnoxious people, just good times. Bartender accidentally added an extra drink charge however they corrected when brought to their attention.“

“The Duffy's in Fort Myers and Ricky Todd, the manager is a great manager.Very people friendly and respectful, his employees seem to respect him. Nick, the server, good young man, last year of high school, very good communicator, hustles for the customers. Knows the menu well and was very fast. And respectful. 5 Stars for them both!!!“

“Went here on a night when music bingo was being played to raise money for a local charity. All good fun but was very noisy so could not talk across the table uch of the time. Would have gone somewhere else had we known this was on if I am honest. ANyway, service eas quick and friendly. Food was tasty and proces reasonable. Will be back but will check the noise levels before we visit next time.“

“On Wednesday evening, we had an early dinner and took advantage of the half-price appetizer promotion.

As we walked in we noticed two employee's getting menu's together. It's weird eye contact was made between us but NO welcome or greeting. Fortunately, I was wearing my Meta glasses, which recorded the entire interaction.

One of the employee's made a comment at my wife's shirt and said something about her Big Mac shirt and why are we here ? I must emphasize the whole time we're standing there they never put down the menus that they were getting together. I guess that was more important than the greeting. Then, finally, the hostess did ask us how many people. Total unprofessional.

I give the first interaction a 1 out of 5 . Just poorly greeted

Upon being seated, we were promptly greeted by our waitress, Cesary. Her exceptional customer service significantly enhanced our experience, particularly following our initial interactions with the first two employees.

Cesary consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor. Her service merits a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

We selected three appetizers, which constituted our meal. Our initial order consisted of onion rings. Subsequently, we ordered the wonton tacos, and finally, the boneless wings accompanied by blue cheese dressing. The quantity of food was substantial, resulting in us taking home half of the onion rings and nearly all of the boneless wings.

So our over all experience was rated 4 out of 5 . I would have given a 5 but just the first interaction was not.the best it could have been.“
