“Went in today and.. wow!!!! Our waitress Emma was absolutely amazing. Our food was beyond good. Those green fried tomatoes were probably the best we've had! Mom's steak and cheese bowl was so good with plenty of meat. My prime rib sandwich was to die for. No lie. The actual best sandwich I've ever had. Sweet potato fries made perfectly. Clam chowder bowls were good. Not a fan of the bacon in them.. but still good!! Both of us being from Cape .. a good chowder is the place to be. “Alright so I’ve worked in this area 22 years. My buddy of mine comes here all the time last 18 years so I decided to finally stop by for a beer. The spot is great!! The vibe is cool. There’s a ton of things to do. So saying that. I am not a smoker. Cant stand it honestly but I deal with it on a night out. So I’ll get into that… I read a comment were owner said he keeps it for the people who’s kept him open and I can definitely respect that. But what about all new money can bring in if couldn’t smoke. This is 2025. Nowhere allows smoking anymore. Maybe build a nice tiki in the back? They’ll bring their drinks and have a smoke. Tbh is area is building like crazy and this only place that offers what it does. Can make best of both worlds. I enjoyed my time here. But I’ll have to be in mood to deal with it.“
