We called ahead to check the wait time which was quoted 15-20 mins from the parking lot. When we walked in rhe building we were quoted an hour. We decided to wait which we did patiently. After qn hour, we went to the check on deskand asked the same employee what the status was. He said "you have another half hour at least." this place is a total waste of time. You're told 30 minute wait and after an hour and a half you're told another 30 minutes.
