The waiter took my order and decided to change my order to what he thought was best. Explained to him I wanted what I ordered but he kept talking over me. Awful customer service. He kept trying to explain what he thought was economical but the money wasn’t the issue
The cook was also my server and she was doing a great job managing both jobs......she was helpful, polite, and courteous
You are asking why I love this place??? well it's simple but get ready cause there are MILLIONS OF REASON and I don't think I could be able to write all them down here.
these days when the LACK OF SMILES combined with QUALITY IN THE SERVICE is the common, Waffle House at Cleveland Ave in Ft Myers is just THE FACTORY of both.
