The ribs are cooked to perfection, full of meat, flavor, and have a nice smoke flavor. The brisket is also the best some have ever had, and the smoked pork sandwich with slaw is described as slow-cooked, beautifully seasoned pork that melts. The side dishes, like potato salad and baked beans, and the signature sauces taste fresh and homemade. The owners are described as the sweetest, kindest people who help the community constantly. Located in the parking lot of the thrift shop on Indrio, it is not fancy, but the food does the talking. This local business absolutely deserves to be known by everyone.
