“A church member told us about this gem of a place. It was worth the long ride to get there. The oxtails were SO flavorful with a nice size portion. Bread pudding was off the chart. They forgot to put in the collard greens but, like Arnold in the movie, "I'LL BE BACK!!" FANTASTIC STAFF!!“

“Usually, we have a very nice time at this restaurant, but I've noticed it's kind of dingy. The front doors need to be cleaned EVERYDAY. The hostess stands staring at the front doors, clean them!! Also, we ate at the bar and Alexis was very nice, but she left our dirty plates till we left. My friend and I have both been waitresses in the past and I can't imagine leaving dirty plates on the table while people are sitting there. By the way, the restaurant was mostly empty. The bar had one other patron. Finally, I ordered chicken pot pie for lunch. The crust was burnt and the inside was runny. Not at all what I expected as it usually is amazing. I probably should give 1 values but I hate to be mean.“
