“First time visiting Sugar and Spice Soul Food Restaurant on Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce Florida and the Oxtail was savory and tender and the collard greens spoke for themselves and the candy yams were spot on and the yellow rice were cooked to perfection everything was served hot and seasoned perfectly and to top it off a coconut cut fresh to set my mouth to ? I highly recommend this business establishment.Vegetarian options: Veggies“
“Kinfolks is my favorite place to go for amazing soul food. The deviled eggs with the fried chicken on top with the drizzle of hot sauce are so damn good! Getting the fried chicken smothered or plain will have you satisfied either way. My least favorite side would be the macaroni and cheese. Also, the desserts are amazing! Try the banana pudding or strawberry crunch cake.“
“Typical old western American food place, it is always our go-to when we are on trips around the country. The menu is the same everywhere in the country; the food is nothing fancy and it is very good for a reasonable accessible price! So it is the kind of place which is your “joker” card which you can go and be sure you will be happy with. Some places gets very busy, mainly on brunch/lunch time due to it’s popularity, so take that into account.“
“Amazing BBQ ribs!! The tangy mustard sauce was delicious! The tenders were very good too. You have to have a coissant, they were to die for!! Our waitress was the best! Friendly, efficient, and funny! We enjoyed our meal so much we can't wait to go back!!“
“I am adding to the myriad of rave reviews! My food was amazing. Everything was hot & it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The cornbread is sweet & soft. The baked turkey wing was perfect. I chewed on the skin & the fat. Willy with the great customer service! Staff was kind, smiley, & funny. Not pictured are my red velvet cake slice & Oreo cake but I can imagine they'll be great. Thank you for a great soul food meal!“
