“I have to give a 5 star review today. THANK YOU to all the employees and big props and great efforts to Boss Lady Cassandra(manager). It all started when I noticed some of my food was missing, as I checked my bag at home. I admit, I was upset and I had to gathered myself to return back to KFC. And to my delight, I was assisted by one of the most pleasant group of employees within the Fort Pierce area. When I arrived they immediately went into repair mode and began completing the process of assuring that I would become a satisfied customer. I was treated with compassion, respect and most importantly I was treated like a human. Most fast food restaurants just overlook concerns customers may bring to their attention. However, this group of staff went above and beyond to give me the upmost customer service I have ever experience in a long time. I highly recommend this KFC. “Had me pull forward to stop there timer clock sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting on my order with one other vehicle in front of us. No other customers outside or inside. Worst experience ever and will NEVER go back to this KFC EVER and will recommend no one else days either.“
“I went here last week and they messed up my order. I called and left a VM and didn't get a call back. I went today again through the drive thru and asked the girl why don't they answer the phone and she said they are too busy. I said how can a manager be too busy to care about the feedback from their customers. If it wasent for me and all the people who are behind me in like you wouldn't have a job to work at. We keep this place along with many others in buisness. We choose to come here, there are many places to choose from especially on SLW Blvd. My son and I both got cookies and he wouldn't eat his so I took it to save it and it was hard as a rock! The same girl I was speaking to said to the other girl at the window that she didn't care about the customer ahead of me because she was all Ghetto ( her words) . Kinda strange for a young black girl to say that about a well off white women in a newer car. Not sure I will return as a customer it might be time to find somewhere else who will not only make our orders correctly but will make customers a priority.“

“Pollo Tropical St. Lucie drive through. I had the 1/4 chicken with side of rice and black beans. The sides were ample, and mixing the rice & beans was excellent. The rice is starchy and holds together good. The chicken was well done and the skin was crispy yet not dry inside. A roll was included. The second dish was Tropi-chop chicken in bowl. They offer sides like mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, french fries and cole slaw. They should offer more vegetables and also plant based meatless meat options.“
“Traveled from Ft. Myers to this coast visiting a laboratory at FAU, and the lab assistant there highly recommended the fried chicken at this establishment. She couldn't say enough about the chicken and waffles, as well as the soul roll.I didn't get the chicken and waffles, but I did order the fried chicken sandwich, and my wife got the chicken tenders. We also ordered a side of soul rolls and I washed it down with their delicious sweet tea.The soul rolls were really good, and the fried chicken was juicy and so good. It tasted fresh and not old oil, which is too common with fried food in general.Kinfolk was awesome. The service was awesome. My wife, her sister and boyfriend, and myself all really enjoyed our experience here.“
