“Visited Firehouse Subs on a Thursday for lunch with my wife and two kids (ages 9 and 17). We placed our order online for a 12:00 PM pickup, and everything was ready right on time when we arrived.
All the food was made correctly and fresh, except for one sub where we had requested light mayo—it came with quite a bit more than expected, almost like heavy mayo. Other than that, everything was delicious.
The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely come back again.“
