“Limited house brews. We tried 4 and 3 were Ok to good, and 1 was nasty. They have beers from other breweries to offset. Seating was comfortable and they had a couple of lounge sitting areas. They had a poker night on Wednesday that if I had known about would have been interested in. So average as a brewery I felt, but gave extra star because the chairs were comfortable (some breweries don't understand that you aren't staying long if you have to seat in crappy metal chairs). Various food places in the same area you can get from.”

“This was an overall five star experience. me and a few of my friends came in the other day to get some food and it was absolutely phenomenal. We got both salad and pizza and we were thoroughly impressed by it. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially the manager Colby. The atmosphere was also great casual dining. I highly recommend this restaurant!”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would! My son loves Marcos so Saturday night 10 mins before closing I saw they were open & gave them a call for cheesy bread. I fully expected & would have understand if they couldn't because it was closing time. Not only did they make the absolute banging cheesy bread the young man at the counter was so kind. Give that kid a raise!! Off this experience I would recommend 10/10. Thanks guys!”

“I’ve been eating at La Nop since 2002. The best one, IMO, has always been the one on Beach Blvd. I moved away a few years back and was in town this week to visit friends and family. Met up here and the food was good. It’s not the same as the Beach location(though I’ve heard that’s all changed since ownership changed hands) but it’s still good. The prices are waaay higher now, but, that’s a trend everywhere. Nice atmosphere, great service. Queso is amazing. I am always chasing the high of La Nop on the early days.😍”

“Every single person working here has been fantastic! So kind. HOWEVER, there is one young “ manager” ( short gal with dark hair) who is terrible. Unfriendly, rude and I would suggest dealing with her before she runs out business! We encountered her on a weekday afternoon about 6 weeks ago. Otherwise, great people!”

“Went here by myself and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I should have asked for names but the ladies working this morning 2/10/26 were kind and quick. I got the buffalo chicken (good) and open dumpling (phenomenal) options to eat there. Hot and super full! Then I got the crème brûlée option to go for my family and we all loved it. Overall for three picks and a coke plus tip it was only 25$ and I felt that was extremely reasonable considering the food amount and service. I will be back!”

“JL’s has been a staple to my Navy family since the early seventies. We moved from Guantánamo Bay Cuba to Jacksonville.. Dad 95 years old and I had another great dinner! Liz, took care of us tonight, she went over and beyond the call of duty! I told her I wanted to get a new t-shirt when we finished dinner. We place our order and next thing I know she brings out several T-shirts for me to choose from! That’s, that extra little touch that goes a long way!”

“Stopped in to scope out a place to take my native born Japanese mother. VERY GOOD FOOD - the tonkatsu ramen was fresh and not overly-salty as other places tend to serve. The chirashi was delicious. Will definitely return!”

The cooks, servers, and staff were, as always, quick, thorough, and the food was delish. Ibelieve I've had nearly everything on their menu now and it never is less than excellent! “Our Angel Moms group had our Mother’s Day brunch today! Today also happened to be International Bereaved Mother’s Day! We had an amazing time. Brian was an outstanding server and even happened to know some of the kids who had passed. The food, drinks and service were excellent!! Highly recommend!”
