Good tasting food.
I've eaten dim sum many times in other cities around the world and around Jacksonville, but I have to say their dim sum was one of the freshest, absolutely delicious and creative. The bun dough had the perfect consistency...soft, but not chewy. Nice and hot too. We also had some items from the kitchen - Salt & Pepper Kaarange Chicken and Beef Carne Asada Stir Fried Noodles.
